Consider ARBOR for your next event or seminar. Our rental facilities are excellent for educational seminars, training events, general meetings and after hour parties and events. Located on Interstate 20, there is easy on\off access and parking for 178 vehicles in a well-lit environment.

Event Rooms – Our event rooms can be rented as one large room or divided into 1,2 or 3 smaller rooms or combinations, depending upon your needs. The rooms are carpeted, they have 14 foot ceilings and equipped with built in fluorescent and incandescent -dimmed lighting. A sound system for music and wired or wireless microphones for speech.

  • Seats up to 300 theater-style (chairs in rows)
  • 120 class-room style ( classroom tables and chairs)
  • 160 seats at round tables (8 per table)

Event 1

  • Seats up to 50 theater-style (chairs in rows)

Event 2

  • Seats up to 50 theater-style (chairs in rows)
  • 35 classroom-style (classroom tables and chairs)

Event 3

Catering Kitchen – adjacent to the meeting rooms is a convenient kitchen with ice machine, vending, microwave ovens, warming oven and refrigerator. Easy setup and entry for outside catering into your event.

Sound & AV Equipment Information - ARBOR can furnish sound, video and computer equipment at additional cost upon your rental request. The entire facility also has Wireless Internet Access free of charge.
