Remote Help Desk...

ARBOR Help Desk has the ability to remote connect with your PC in order to solve sometimes, difficult issues. This remote connection does not install software on your computer and is temporary.

With your permission, we guide you through the simple 2-step connection. From there we can see what you see on your PC and have the ability to make changes when necessary. You are present and on the phone during the connection, so you are always aware of any and all actions.

We have solved most all of the issues needed when Remote Desk Help has been necessary.
