Dues are paid before the beginning of each calendar quarter. We make the Dues Notice available to our members 8 times during a 40 day period, reminding of the last day to pay.

Dues Payment Schedule
1st Quarter 2012 Dues:  Due Date Dec 1, 2011- Dues Notices are emailed in mid-Nov '11 and they are paid by Dec 31,2011. They are considered late at 8:30am Jan 3rd, 2012

2nd Quarter 2012 Dues: Due Date March 1, 2012 - Dues Notices are emailed in Feb and they are paid by March 31, 2012. They are considered late at 8:30am April 2nd, 2012

3rd Quarter 2012 Dues: Due Date June 1 - Dues Notices are emailed in May and they are paid by June 30, 2012. They are considered late at 8:30am July 2nd, 2011

4th Quarter 2012 Dues: Due Date Sept 1 - Dues Notices are emailed in August and they are paid by Sept 30, 2012. They are considered late at 8:30am October 1st, 2012

 

A $25 Re-Connect Fee is added if not paid by the Late Date and MLS & Key services are suspended.

 
Payment Plan:
In an effort to assist our membership in these difficult times, ARBOR will accept weekly, monthly or periodic payments to hold as credits on your account.

If your dues are current as of 1st quarter, beginning in January, this is the perfect time to start making "monthly" payments. By making monthly payments you avoid those large quarterly bills and you can manage within a budget easier.

If for some reason you should decide to leave ARBOR, any credit balance on your account would be refunded.
