Networking: ARBOR provides a number of excellent forums where members can meet and exchange ideas, leads and hear about the latest developments in the real estate industry, as well as what's happening in our community. The monthly REALTOR Luncheon, golf tournaments, ARBOR After Hours and seminars are just some of the networking events.

Education and Training: ARBOR has a comprehensive program to provide the highest quality educational opportunities to it's members. Offerings include real estate Mandatory Continuing Education, Designation classes and other specialized training.

Computer Lab: ARBOR has established an 8 seat computer lab with LCD projector, wide screen and sound. Hands-on classes covering multiple technical applications regarding real estate, the MLS, contracts, PC's and more.

Multiple Listing Service: One of the most powerful tools in a REALTOR marketing effort is access to a broad MLS service. When you join the Arlington Board of REALTORS, you join a powerful, 16 association North Texas market. In addition, a member has access to not just one MLS system, but 2 independent systems providing continuous availability 24/7.

Key System: ARBOR leases electronic keypads and key boxes to members with a small quarterly fee. Agents may use as many key boxes on listings as needed without the costly expense of purchasing key box inventory and not needing it later. ARBOR is one of only a handful of associations that offer our members this advantageous feature.

The ARBOR Store: ARBOR's store provides access on-site to a variety of real estate products which help in your day-today operations. The store inventory includes signs, sign riders, boxes, maps, Mapsco books, key locks, electronic measuring devices, digital cameras and more...

Professional Standards: The highest degree of professional standards is one of the most important keys to our member's success and longevity in the real estate industry. Government Affairs: ARBOR works closely with the Texas and National REALTOR political action programs to form a formidable alliance that voices the views and concerns about real estate issues and property ownership. These views are targeted to local, State and National legislative representatives for the area.
