| ARBOR MEMBER LUNCHEON ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD |
| Inspired by having Super Bowl XLV in our very own city, we decided to have a "big ole tailgate party" for our February Member Luncheon. Mark you calendars, this is something you don't want to miss. We will have a program as well and it will be a panel of experts that will discuss "How to Help You Stay Out of Trouble with the New Contracts." Sponsors for the event will be Alex Teusink, Champions School of Real Estate; and Michelle Hames, Big Bob's Flooring in addition to our "Silver Sponsor" the Arlington Star-Telegram. The cost will be $12.00 at the door for members and $15.00 for guest. No reservations necessary. |

| FINANCIAL WORKSHEET ISSUES RESOLVED |
| In NTREIS Listings, the issue of typed in client name and information dropping out --has been resolved. |
| HOW TO RESOLVE PHOTO LOADING ISSUES |
| NTREIS has always had a size limit on photos, 250K in size and 640 X 480 in dimension. The increased number of photos and load on the system has caused the vendor, Marketlinx to hold photos to that standard. NTREIS is looking at increasing server requirements, but that takes time. In the meantime, you can re-size photos using any number of imaging software. A free, good one I use is Pixresizer, http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm It’s easy to use, can resize one or multiple photos at a time and free. |

| Remember, any listing in any of the Active statuses should allow for showings and offers. IF this is NOT the case, be sure and change the status of your listing to TOM (temp off market) or Withdrawn. The listing remains yours, just not available. |

| Tax now has the flagged feature working, it displays the proposed auction days in advance and\or whether the property is bank-owned. |
| NEW MEDIA MANAGEMENT MODULE COMING IN MARCH |
| With the new Media Management Module, users will be able to upload all their photos at one time and use a drag-and-drop method to organize them. In addition, they will now be able to save media to an incomplete listing! The new interface is user-friendly and allows the user to manage his/her photos and documents with a few simple clicks! ARBOR TRAINING CLASSES will be scheduled at implementation |
