| PRINTING ISSUES IN REALIST TAX | ||

Members
report issues printing the PDFs from Realist, here is some information that may
be helpful.
A recent update to the Adobe Reader Plug-In (10.1.2) for Internet Explorer has
introduced an issue where Realist PDF reports appear with no data. This impacts
all Adobe customers using Internet Explorer and is not isolated to Realist. We
are actively working with Adobe on a resolution but at this time Adobe has not
provided a target date.
In the meantime there are two options to consider: |

| REPORTED BLACK SCREEN ISSUE IN REALIST TAX | ||
| Realist has determined that, in some instances, users will see a black screen (or something similar). In those cases, following the uninstall/install Flash instructions will usually resolve the situation. | ||
| REALIST TAX & ADOBE FLASH COMPATIBILITY | ||
| Make sure you have the latest and correct version of the Adobe Flash Player. It is VERY IMPORTANT to have the correct version installed according to your Operating System and Browser. Go Here to get the latest: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ | ||
