Eligible NTREIS MLS Waiver
Reasons ....
- Clerical Office Staff of a Broker member
who does not show, list, sell, lease or appraise real
property. (Licensed Personal Assistants of Sales Associates
do not qualify) (Team Leaders and Managers do not qualify)
- Property Managers who collect rent only
and do not list or lease units in the MLS.
- Commercial Salespersons who do not list,
show, sell or lease Residential property with the MLS.
- Appraisers engaged exclusively in
commercial appraisals who do not use the MLS.
- Other than the Broker, corporate officers
who do not show, list, sell, lease or appraise real
property.

2010 MLS Waivers...
The below members of the Arlington Board of REALTORS have
been approved for waiver of the MLS subscription fees. By doing
so, they (and their Brokers) have agreed that they will not
list, sell, lease, show or appraise real property.
The Waiver is for the current calendar year only. The
exemption for any individual shall be automatically revoked if
it is found they used NTREIS for any of the above services and
the Broker will be assessed fines and penalties as prescribed by
the MLS Rules and Regulations.
